OUR PRIVATE RENTAL HOMES
We have over 20 private Rental homes located in quiet, residential areas available for 30 days or longer, fully-furnished with all the essentials and with all utilities included. Home sizes range from Studios to 3-bedroom homes, most with yards, subject to availability.
Plus, come home to "home." Each home is uniquely appointed to remind you of your stay in historic Roswell or New Mexico with Retro or Southwestern style, including custom paint colors, local art, and the little "details" like comfortable recliners, BBQ's and blackout curtains for great sleep plus all the privacy of a real home.
Minimum stay: We require a minimum 30-day stay
Flexibility offered: We offer a flexible move-out schedule to accommodate work or other demands. We just ask for a 2-week advance request for an extension or move out.

RATES:
30 day minimum stay.
45$ - $85 a day (Prorated amount)
Extensions Negotiable
RESERVATIONS:
* We take reservations only as units come available, usually with about a 1 to 2 week advance notice.
We can put you on a Waiting or Call list if you tell us what you need and your period of stay. Please fill out the information on the Contact page, or call us.
* We do not book very far in advance since we allow our tenants to extend if needed. Please email us or call the office and they can tell you what is currently available.
